I tried to watch a video and and all I get is a black box or nothing at all. Is your site broken?
Our site is designed for users with Flash Player 8 and up (Flash Player 9 is highly recomended). If you're having troubles, please try upgrading to the latest version of Flash Player by visiting Adobe's site
here and following the installation instructions. As soon as you're done, come back and things should look much better for you.
I know I have the latest version of Flash Player, but I still can’t watch videos. Your site sucks!
We have discovered that certain ad-blocking programs or extensions, such as Adblock Plus for Firefox, can break our player as well as other features on the site. We are not doing this intentionally and we have no control over what your ad-blocking program is excluding from our site. While we understand that you're annoyed by banner-ads and want to shield yourself from marketing, we do respectfully ask that you disable any such extension or program while on this site or perhaps add this site to your whitelist. You should find that things seem to work much better.
I really like watching the films on your site, but for some reason I can’t rate or comment on the films, what’s the deal?

I found a film that I really enjoyed viewing and I want to download it, how do I do that?
At the moment, our films are not available for download, but this is a feature that we are going to add in the near future. Thanks for your patience.
I submitted a film, but it was never published. My feelings are hurt and I hate your guts!
Well, first of all, this is not a video sharing site. We are in the business of publishing and promoting independent features and shorts. Did you submit a film or a video clip? We don’t publish video clips. There are a bunch of other cool sites out there that do that. If you did submit a film, our panel of film specialists is in the process of reviewing it. If it has been more than a few weeks and you have not heard back, then you can follow up by sending and email to: submissions@liberatedfilms.com Thanks for your patience, we get a lot of film submitted at LF, and we do our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner
I am a Filmmaker, I like your site. Is there anyway for me to monetize my film here?
Right now we are built around promoting you and your work. It is our goal to provide filmmakers with a platform to gain exposure and build a fan base that will take them to a new level of production. We have a plan to add some features that will allow filmmakers to monetize their films, but that is at least a few months away. At this point we are building a promotional foundation that we will use ad leverage to add monetization features.
