Please consider the following guidelines for submitting a film on the Liberated Films online community:

Upload and encoding software: The software that you download from our site is free for use with our site only. You may use this software to encode your videos and upload to www.liberatedfilms.com. You may not redistribute the software, or use it in anyway that is not intended.

Content rules: Uploading pornography or material that holds a copyright from someone other than yourself will result in the deletion of your account, and/or an IP Ban. Please do not upload content that could compromise the good standing Liberated Films upholds.

File types accepted: .mov, .qt, .mp4, .3gp, .3g2, .mpg, .mpeg, .mp2, .m2p, .wmv, .asf, .avi, .dv and just about any video format there is.

File size max: 300 MB After the video has been encoded to Flash. For example, you may have a video that is 3GB, but after you encode it with our encoding and uploading software, you will find that the file size is significantly smaller.

Time Limit: No limits.

Channels and categories: If you upload a video, we may select a different channel for it than the one you specified while uploading. We consider the "short film" channels to be semi-exclusive and monitor the content in these channels carefully. If you upload a video into one of these channels, it may or may not be accepted. In the event that your video is not accepted, we will publish the video in a "community video" channel. This is an effort to maintain quality standards in certain sections of our site.

Embedding and publicity: On our site all videos are embeddable and public. Please do not upload if you do not want your video to be seen by potentially anyone anywhere. Liberated Films is all about promotion.
